Footnote. The title of the order is amended in the state language, the text in Russian does not change in accordance with the order of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16.06.2016 No. 451 (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 180 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 "on marriage (matrimony) and family", I ORDER:
Approve the attached Rulesorganizations of state registration of civil status acts, amendments, restoration, cancellation of civil status records.
Footnote. Paragraph 1 is amended in the state language, the text in Russian is not changed in accordance with the order of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16.06.2016 No. 451 (entered into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
Recognize as invalid:
1) order of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2012 No. 99 "on approval of the Rules for the organization of state registration of civil status acts, amendments, restoration, cancellation of civil status records" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 7533, published in the newspaper" Kazakhstanskaya Pravda " dated June 30, 2012 No. 207-208 (27026-27027));
2) order of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2013 No. 405 " on making an addition to the order of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2012 No. 99 "on approving the Rules for organizing state registration of civil status acts, making changes, restoring, canceling civil status records"(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 9040, published in the information and legal system "Adilet" on March 6, 2014).
The Department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure state registration of this order and its official publication in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Control over the execution of this order is assigned to the Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdirayim B. Zh.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
