About modification of the decision of Alakolsky district maslikhat of January 09, 2020 No. 63-1 "about budgets of the city of Usharal and rural districts of Alakolsky district for 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Alakol district maslikhat "on the budgets of the city of Usharal and rural districts of Alakol district for 2020-2022" dated January 09, 2020 No. 63-1 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5412, published on January 20, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, to state the specified decision in a new edition:
"1. Approve the budget of the city of Usharal for 2020-2022, according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 351,221 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 105 539 thousand tenge;
non tax receipts 0 tenge;
proceeds from sale of fixed assets 0 tenge;
transfer receipts 245,682 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 99,825 thousand tenge;
targeted transfers for development 0 tenge;
subventions 145,857 thousand tenge;
2) costs 366 405 thousand tenge;

transfers received 98,640 thousand tenge, including:

2. Applications 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37 to the specified decision to state in the new edition according to appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 to the present decision accordingly.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "on Deputy representation, budget, economy, compliance with the law, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
