About restrictive quarantine measures
measures and their gradual mitigation
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 (further – COVID-19) among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from February 25, 2015 № 130 "On approval of the List of infectious diseases, with the threat of origin and which distribution restrictive measures, including quarantine," and the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 20, 2015, № 239 "On approval of Rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" DECREE:
To joint-stock company "national company" Kazakhstan Temir Zholy":
1) suspend the movement of suburban passenger trains (commuter trains);
2) exclude the formation of common cars as part of passenger trains, with the exception of working trains.
2. Akims of regions, cities of Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, Central state bodies, law enforcement and special agencies to provide:
suspension of intercity bus and minibus services.
ban on entertainment, sports events, exhibitions, forums, conferences, as well as family, solemn, commemorative events (banquets, weddings, anniversaries, commemorations), including at home and other events with a mass gathering of people;
prohibition of activities of entertainment institutions (karaoke, Billiards, computer clubs, night clubs, bowling centers, children's playgrounds and indoor attractions, trampolines, and others), cinemas, bookmakers;
prohibition of activities of all cultural objects (theaters, concert halls, museums, exhibitions, etc.);
