In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Make the following changes to the decision of the Alakol district maslikhat "on the budget of the Alakol district for 2020-2022" dated December 27, 2019 No. 62-2 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5395, published on January 15, 2020 in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. Approve the district budget for 2020-2022 in accordance with annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts:
1) income 19 112 238 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues 552 2 717 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 16,129 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets 33,393 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts 16,345,164 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 6,961327 thousand tenge;
target transfers for development 3 477 556 thousand tenge;
subventions 5 906 281 thousand tenge;
2) costs 22 081 344 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending of 54,480 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans 73 292 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 18,812 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) the deficit (surplus) budget(-) 3 023 586 thousand tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget 3,023,586 thousand tenge.".
2. to state Appendix 1 to the specified decision in the new edition according to the Appendix to this decision.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "on Deputy representation, budget, economy, compliance with the law, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
