In accordance with subparagraph 2) articles 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 69 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28 September 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in connection with the expiration in October 2020 constitutional term of powers of deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:
To appoint 12 Aug 2020 election of the Senate deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, areas to take measures for organizational, logistical and financial support of elections of deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The present Decree shall be enforced from the date of publication.
