Rename the central park along Abylai Khan Street in the name of "Anuar Alimzhanov" in Kabanbai village of Kabanbai rural district. 2. I reserve control over the execution of this decision. 3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
