In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8-11 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Alakolsky District has decided: 1. Approve the attached project (scheme) of zoning of the lands of settlements of the Alakolsky district. 2. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Alakolsky district Maslikhat "on deputy powers, budget, economy, compliance with the rule of law, legal protection and relations with public organizations." To recognize as invalid the decision of the Alakolsky district maslikhat No. 3-5 "On approval of the project (scheme) of zoning of settlements of the Alakolsky district".
