General Provisionsstate institution of the “Akim of the district’’ (here in after referred to as the administration of the Akim of the region establish the general rules for the apparatus’s activity in the process of performing the functions assigned to it in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President, the Government and other regulatory legal acts.
