On the basis of the state social order of the district Department of Internal Policy, in order to clarify the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev and the article of the Head of State N. Nazarbayev "Looking into the future: modernization of public Consciousness", the Rukhani Keruen project was implemented in 24 rural districts. Within the framework of the project, more than 500 residents were interviewed in order to study the socio – political and interethnic situation among the rural population. To date, an analysis is being conducted based on the surveys received.
