In Alakol district, there are 99 local executive institutions that provide public services (1-akimat of the district, 24-rural / urban district, 9-Departments, 44-schools, 19-Kindergartens, 1-service akimat, 1-quasi-state organization).
In order to monitor whether these institutions have created full-fledged conditions for recipients of services (a ramp for citizens with disabilities, a call button, a Braille sign for the visually impaired, a complaint box, a claim book, etc.), the order of the district akim with the involvement of public activists developed and approved a plan of activities carried out by the analytical group.
Currently, according to this plan, the district analytical group has organized analytical and verification activities in 10 institutions that provide public services (Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, employment center, Department of Land Relations, Department of Passenger Transport and Highways, and 6 city schools) (according to the plan, this work will continue).
As a result of the work of the analytical group, 63 recommendations were sent to 10 institutions to correct and eliminate the identified shortcomings. Today, these recommendations are fully implemented by 100%.
In addition, the district level is working on internal control to improve the quality of public services in accordance with the plan. To date, internal control (prorverka) has been carried out in 7 state bodies (the Department of Employment and Social programs, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, Beskolsky, Lepsinsky, Kabanbaysky, Dostyksky, Kolbaysky rural districts).
Also, according to the plan to improve the quality of public services and timely provision of services, it will be considered at the district "Public Council"and the political council of the Nur Otan branch.
As of today, the district "Public Council" considered the issues of providing public services-2 institutions (Kainar rural district, district department of housing and communal services and housing inspection), as well as at the meeting of the branch of the party "Nur Otan" considered the issues of providing public services – 2 institutions (Dostyk, Irgaitinsky rural districts).
