In accordance with subparagraph 16) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations" and the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the List of public services and Standard Rules for the provision of public services", the akimat of Alakol district DECIDES:
Approve the rules for the provision of public services in the Alakolsky district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the first deputy akim of the Alakol district, FULL name.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
