In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 104 and paragraph 4 of Article 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alakol district Maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Alakol district Maslikhat "On the Budget of the Alakol District for 2021-2023" dated December 28, 2020 No. 81-1 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5859, published on January 13, 2021 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. To approve the district budget for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2021 in the following amounts:
1) income of 13,771,208 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues 2,013,872 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 3,920 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets 49 775 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts 11,703,641 thousand tenge;
2) costs 13,920,757 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending of 46,603 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans 70 008 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 23,405 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge, including:
acquisition of financial assets 0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) ( -) 196 152 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus)
196 152 thousand tenge, including:
receipt of loans 70 008 thousand tenge;
repayment of loans 23,817 thousand tenge;
used balances of budget funds 149,961 thousand tenge.".
Annex 1 to the said decision should be redrafted in accordance with the annex to this decision.
Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the permanent commission of the Alakol district Maslikhat "On deputy representation, budget, economy, compliance with the rule of law, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
