On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the state institution " Office of the Akim of the Alakol district"
In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 "On combating corruption", in accordance with the model rules of internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by order of the Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption dated 19 October 2016, №12, I ORDER:
1. To conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of GU "Apparatus of akim of Alakol district" from 05 to 15 April 2021.
2. Approve the composition of the working group for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in accordance with the annex to this order.
3. Internal analysis of corruption risks should be carried out in the following areas::
1) identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of a state institution;
2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of a state institution.
4. Establish a general period for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks from July 2020 to March 2021.
5. To acquaint the deputy akim of the Alakol district Toleuzhanov M. T. with the analytical report on the day of completion of the internal analysis.
6. I reserve the execution of this order.
