In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the district akim DECIDED:
To conduct voting and count votes in the Alakolsky district, in agreement with the territorial election Commission, to form polling stations in accordance with the annex to this decision.
Recognize the following resolutions of the akimat of the Alakol district as invalid:
1) "On the formation of polling stations for voting and counting of votes in the Alakol district" dated June 1, 2020 No. 18 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5534 published on June 5, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2) "On Amendments and Additions to the decision of the Akim of the Alakol district No. 18 dated June 01, 2020 "On the Formation of Polling Stations for Voting and counting of votes in the Alakol district" dated August 18, 2020 No. 189 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5616, published on August 24, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the deputy akim of the district Kanagatov D. O.
This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
