About the approval of the Rules of the organization and carrying out of actions for the current or capital repairs of facades, roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the Alakolsky district
In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 16, 1997 "On housing relations", subparagraph 16-5) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of the Alakol district DECIDES: To approve the Rules for organizing and carrying out measures for the current or major repairs of facades, roofs of multi-apartment residential buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the Alakolsky district in accordance with the appendix to this resolution. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the Alakol district D. O. Kanagatova This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its official publication.
