In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Combating Corruption", the standard rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of October 19, 2016, I ORDER:
To approve the person responsible for the organization of internal analysis of corruption risks of the State Institution "Alakolsky district Department of Construction", the chief specialist of the department Akataev Bauyrzhan Kuanyshevich
In the period from April 5 to 9, 2021, to conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Alakolsky District Construction Department".
Approve the composition of the working group for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in accordance with the annex to this order.
Internal analysis of corruption risks should be carried out in the following areas::
identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the department;
identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department.
Determine the total period for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the first quarter of 2021.
After the completion of the internal analysis, the Deputy Akim of the Alakol district, D. Kanagatov, should be familiarized with the analytical report.
