In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2005 "On State regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories", the Alakol district Maslikhat DECIDED:
Install specialists in the field of social welfare, culture and civil servants are working in rural settlements, and these professionals working in government organizations, financed from the local budgets increased by twenty-five percent salaries and tariff rates compared with the rates of professionals engaged in these activities in urban environments.
Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the permanent commission of the Alakol district Maslikhat "On deputy representation, budget, economy, compliance with the rule of law, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
