In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State dated February 5, 2016 No. 190 "On holding reporting meetings with the population of heads of central Executive bodies, mayors, rectors of national higher educational institutions", mayors of all levels need to hold reporting meetings with the population in the first quarter of 2020. In this regard, the reporting meetings of the akim of the Alakol district, akims of the city of Usharal, rural districts are held from January 18 to February 04, 2021. So today we are going to a seminar.
Akims of territorial districts and responsible specialists are invited to the seminar.

- collect citizens ' questions through the Telegram bot before the reporting meetings. The results of the analysis of complaints, and practice questions in Telegram-bot, the formation of a pool of frequently asked questions (responding to them and making them akim before the meeting).
- based on the results of the reporting meeting, analyze the questions, comments and suggestions of the population with their classification by industry and category. Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) with the publication on the official Internet resource (site of akim, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram), analysis and building detailed answers following consideration of all comments and questions.
- answers should be provided by the most competent specialists (first managers). Special attention should be paid to the issues of bloggers (heads of comments and thematic groups), as well as socially vulnerable (mothers with many children, the disabled, shareholders, graduates of orphanages, the unemployed, citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation) and other categories of the population.
- As a KPI for population coverage, it is recommended to consider the share of the population that participated in the reporting meeting from the total population of the region (in the context of social groups/categories).
- familiarization with the special forms for the collection of reports of mayors of districts. (Form#1)
- to familiarize with the Media plan of the reporting meetings of the mayors of urban and rural districts and the akim of the district with the population of the Alakol district, which will be held from January 18 to February 04, 2021.
- to familiarize with the consistent schedule of reporting meetings of the akim of the Alakol district, as well as the akims of the city of Usharal and rural districts to the population for 2021.

- holding a special summary folder on memorable meetings of akims of all levels;
- inform the organizational department of the district akim's office by the 20th day of each month on the implementation of measures to implement the comments and suggestions made at the reporting meetings of akims of all levels to the population of the district for 2021.
