In accordance with paragraph 3-1 of article 39-3 the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" decree of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 7, 2017 No. 295 "On approval of the Standard regulations of the local community" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 15630), Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
To approve the Regulations of meetings of local communities of Aktubek, Arkharli, Sapak, Enbekshi, Zhaypak, Lepsin, Yntala, Kyzylashchinsky, Kamyskalinsky, Ushbulaksky and Kainarsky rural districts of Alakolsky district according to the appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 to this decision accordingly.
Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the permanent commission of the Alakol district Maslikhat "On deputy representation, budget, economy, compliance with the rule of law, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration at justice agencies, shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
