In accordance with subparagraph 69) of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 "On Electric Power Industry" and subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER:

Approve the attached documents:
1) Rules for obtaining a passport of readiness for work in the autumn-winter period by energy-producing and energy-transmitting organizations, in accordance with Annex 1 to this order.
2) excluded by the order of the Acting Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09.12.2015 No. 706 (entered into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Department of Electric Power Industry of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration, send a copy of it for official publication in periodicals and in the information and legal system "Adilet";
3) publication of this order on the official Internet resource of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;
4) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit to the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of twenty-one calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
