In accordance with subparagraph 23-15) of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2001 "On Architectural, Urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER:

Approve:
1) Standard rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces in accordance with Annex 1 to this order;
2) Standard rules of improvement of territories of cities and settlements according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) The rules for the provision of the state service "Issuing a permit for cutting down trees" in accordance with Annex 3 to this order.

The Department of Economic Infrastructure Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, its direction for official publication in periodicals and the information and legal system "Adilet";
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
