Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 9, 2015 No. 319. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 12, 2015 No. 11015.
In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER:
Approve the attached documents:
1) the standard of the state service "Assignment of housing assistance", according to Appendix 1 to this order;
2) the standard of the state service "Registration and priority, as well as the adoption by local executive bodies of a decision on the provision of housing to citizens in need of housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by the local executive body in a private housing fund", in accordance with annex 2 to this order;
3) excluded by the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 15.07.2019 No. 506 (effective after twenty-one calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
4) the standard of the state service "Privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock", according to Appendix 4 to this order.

Paragraph 1 as amended by order of the Minister for investment and development of Kazakhstan from 22.06.2017 No. 376 (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication); as amended by order of the Minister of industry and infrastructure development of the RK from 15.07.2019 No. 506 (shall be enforced upon expiry of twenty one calendar days after its first official publication).
The Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services and Land Management of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, its direction for official publication in periodicals and the information and legal system "Adilet";
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
