In accordance with subparagraph 10-14) of Article 10-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 16, 1997 "On Housing Relations" and subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER:

Approve the attached rules for granting housing certificates.
The Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, the direction in Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
