2. Veterinary Measures Against particularly dangerous animals are carried out:
1) on the territory of Veterinary and sanitary welfare in order to prevent the emergence of diseases and food control, including diseases, common for animals and people, ensuring compliance with animal protection, products and cheese, veterinary drugs, feed and feedings requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Veterinary Medicine;
2) in the epizootic area and in a non-permanent point, the containment zone, the buffer zone for the purpose of liquidation and Prevention of the spread of dangerous dangerous animal, including restrictive measures or quarantine.
3. Veterinary Measures Against particularly dangerous animals (further – veterinary events are held according to veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) rules approved by the Order of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 29, 2015 No. 7-1/587 (registered in the Register of the state register normative legal acts No. 11940), in accordance with specialists in the field of Veterinary Medicine, safety measures to reduce morbidity, transfer and distribution of diseases from the sick person, animal to the healthy person (use of personal protective equipment (special clothing, masks and gloves, the means of eye protection/plastic mask for the face), antiseptics and other safety measures), including in the period of introduction of restrictive measures, quarantine.

5.veterinary activities are carried out using veterinary drugs registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan or state-participants of the customs union.
5-1. planning, approval, holding of Veterinary events in the context of early animals and according to normative legal acts prescribed at Point 4, provides coverage of the current veterinary events and one-time their work in groups of animals (epizootic units), formed taking into account:
