🔰Operational service "Sapsan" detained hunters with illegal weapons

On 03-08.12.2021, in order to protect, protect, combat intercession, and comply with nature legislation, raid measures were carried out in the following areas: Baizak, Talas, Zhualyn, Zhambyl, Moyinkum, Shuisky and Kordai.

As part of the event on 05.12.2021, two citizens were detained near the village of Usharal, Talas district, at the place of illegal hunting. A warning was issued to one citizen, during the inspection of another citizen, the absence of documents for weapons was revealed.

As a result, a protocol was drawn up under Article 382 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hunting weapons were seized. The inspectors of the group handed over the weapons to the Talas district police department for the application of punitive punishment.
