Announcement of public discussions in the provision of public services
Every year, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Services,” public discussions of activity reports on the provision of public services are held, with the participation of service providers, interested individuals and legal entities. Conducting public discussions of reports on activities in the provision of public services is aimed at informing the population on the provision of public services in the supervised area. Public discussions are also intended to ensure the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency of the activities of service providers, the quality and accessibility of public services, continuous improvement of the process of providing public services, cost-effectiveness and efficiency of their provision.
