Key indicators of the UAPF as of June 1, 2020
At the end of five months of 2020, the number of individual pension accounts in the Unified Pension Savings Fund increased by almost 1 million units. As of January 1 of this year, the number of IRS was 10,672,567 units, and by June 1 it reached 11.6 million (11,682,546).
The largest number of accounts is opened for compulsory pension contributions (OPV) - there are more than eleven million of them, or rather 11,111,389. Next are the accounts formed at the expense of compulsory professional pension contributions (CPPV) - 515,837, and the number of voluntary pension contributions (VDP) There are already 55 320 such accounts in the UAPF.
In total, pension savings in the amount of 11.7 trillion tenge were formed on the accounts. since the beginning of the year, the amount has increased by 866 billion tenge, or 8%.
The main amount of pension savings was formed at the expense of OPV and amounted to 11.4 trillion tenge. The amount of pension savings under the CPPV amounted to 275.6 billion tenge (an increase since the beginning of the year was 12%), the amount of pension savings under the DPP exceeded 2.1 billion tenge (an increase of 7%).
Since the beginning of 2020, pension contributions in the total amount of 428.2 billion tenge have been received on depositors' accounts, which exceeded the indicators for the first 5 months of 2019 by 12%. Of the total amount of contributions, more than 95% percent are receipts to the UAPF in the form of OPV - 408 billion tenge, OPPV - over 20 billion tenge, DPV - 134 million tenge.
Payments amounted to 62.4 billion tenge, most of which accounted for payments for age (24.7 billion tenge), for leaving for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (14.2 billion tenge), transfers to insurance organizations (13.3 billion tenge) , to heirs (8.6 billion tenge), for burial (0.9 billion tenge).
Since the beginning of 2020, as of June 1, more than 499 billion tenge of net investment income has been credited to the accounts of the UAPF contributors, which is 272.4 billion tenge more than in the same period last year. The return on pension assets over the past 12 months was 8.9%, with inflation at 6.7%, that is, the real return on pension assets is positive.
