In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Suspend until July 1, 2020, paragraph 26-1 of the Rules for the entry and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2012 No. 148 (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012. No. 29, Article 388), for citizens of the People's Republic of China traveling in transit through the international airports of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Aktau, Karaganda and Taraz in terms of the operation of the seventy-two-hour visa-free entry, stay and departure from Re Public Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
