on the municipal public institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast"
General Provisions
The municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” is the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which exercises state control and supervision in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
The municipal state institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast" does not have a department.
The municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” is a legal entity in the legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, letterhead of the established form, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts with authorities treasury.
The municipal state institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast" enters into civil law relations on its own behalf.
The municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the law.
The municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast”, on issues within its competence, takes decisions in the manner prescribed by law, drawn up by orders of the head of the municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” and other acts provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
The structure and staffing limit of the municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” are approved in accordance with applicable law.

The full name of the state body is the Communal State Institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast”.
These Regulations are the constituent document of the municipal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast”.
The financing of the activities of the municipal state institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast" is carried out from the local budget.
The state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities regarding the fulfillment of duties that are functions of the municipal state institution “Administration of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast”.
If the communal state institution “Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast” has the right to carry out income-generating activities by legislative acts, then the proceeds from such activities are sent to the state budget.
Mission, main tasks, functions, rights and obligations of a state body
The mission of the municipal state institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast":
implementation of state policy in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Zhambyl region.
15. Tasks:
1) the implementation of state architectural and construction control in the territory of the Zhambyl region for:
the availability of the corresponding right to the land plot, approved design (design and estimate) documentation, a positive conclusion of the examination of projects, as well as notification of the authorities exercising state architectural and construction control and supervision, about the start of construction and installation works;
