Key indicators of the UAPF as of November 1, 2020
As of November 1, 2020, pension savings in the amount of 12.6 trillion tenge were formed on the accounts of the depositors of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund. For the year from 01.11.2019 to 01.11.2020, the amount increased by more than two trillion tenge, or 20%.
The main amount of pension savings was formed at the expense of mandatory pension contributions (OPV) and amounted to 12.3 trillion tenge (growth since the beginning of 2020 was 17%). The amount of pension savings on compulsory professional pension contributions (CPPV) amounted to 305.7 billion tenge (an increase of 24%), the amount of pension savings on voluntary pension contributions (VSP) reached 2.16 billion tenge (an increase of 11%).
Note that since the beginning of 2020, as of November 1, more than 1.1 trillion tenge of net investment income has been credited to the accounts of the UAPF contributors, which is two times more compared to the same period last year.
The number of individual pension accounts in the UAPF as of November 1, 2020 compared to the same period in 2019 increased by more than 1 million units. As of November 1, 2019, the number of IPS was 10.6 million units (10,606,474), and by November 1, 2020, it exceeded 11.7 million (11,732,725). Thus, the growth in one year was 11%.
The largest number of accounts was opened for mandatory pension contributions (OPV) - 10,985,056 (11% growth since the beginning of the year). Next are the accounts formed at the expense of compulsory professional pension contributions (CPPV) - 523 872 (3% growth), the number of voluntary pension contributions (DPV) is growing, there are now 56 953 of them in the UAPF (5% growth).
Since the beginning of 2020, pension contributions in the total amount of 867.05 billion tenge have been received on depositors' accounts, which exceeded the indicators for 10 months of 2019 by 67.1 billion or 8%. Of the total amount of contributions, 95.5% are receipts to the UAPF on OPV - 827.7 billion tenge, 38.9 billion tenge came from OPPV, 409 million tenge was transferred on DPV.
Payments amounted to 155.3 billion tenge, most of which, namely 33%, accounted for payments by age (51.7 billion tenge), transfers to insurance organizations (39.5 billion tenge), for leaving for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (31 , 1 billion tenge), heirs (28.2 billion tenge), for burial (3.5 billion tenge), disability payments (1.3 billion tenge).
