JSC "UAPF" informs persons who have reached retirement age (men - 63 years old and older, women - in 2020 59.5 years old and older), who have pension savings in the Fund and have not applied for pension payments, about the right to receive pension payments from the UAPF. We especially draw the attention of women who turned 59.5 years old in the past year. If they do not apply for the appointment of payments by the end of the year, then next year they will be able to do so only at the age of 60. As you know, according to the law "On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the retirement age of women increases by six months every year and in 2027 it will be equal to the age of men.
We remind you that pension payments from the UAPF are established from the date of the recipient's request and are made until the pension savings are exhausted. To submit a single application in connection with reaching the retirement age, you must contact the NJSC State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in accordance with the work schedule of the State Corporation at any convenient time. At the same time, it is possible to submit an application 10 days before the day of the onset of retirement age.
On the basis of a single application, the recipient will be provided, among other things, with a proactive service for the payment of the state guarantee (the difference between the amount of actually paid mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, taking into account the inflation rate and the amount of pension savings).
UAPF transfers to the state corporation the amounts of recipients' pension payments, calculated in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The amount of monthly pension payments is determined as one-twelfth of the annual amount of pension payments, calculated in accordance with the Methodology for calculating the amount of pension payments approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.10.2013 No. 1042.
At the same time, the payment of the calculated amount of the monthly pension payment is carried out in the amount of at least 54 percent of the subsistence minimum established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget (in 2020 from 01.04.2020 - 17,640.72 tenge = 54% * 32,668) ...
If the amount of pension savings as of the date of circulation does not exceed twelve times the minimum pension established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year, this amount is paid to the recipient from the UAPF at a time (in 2020 from 01.04.2020 - 485 292 tenge = 12 * 40 441).
If the balance of the recipient's pension savings on the IRS after the next monthly payment is less than 54 percent of the subsistence minimum established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget, this balance is paid together with the amount of the next payment.
Payments from budgetary funds and pension savings from the UAPF are made by the State Corporation in one day and to one bank account of the recipient specified in the application.
Additionally, we inform you that payments of pension savings from the UAPF today are also carried out in the following cases:
departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
determination of disability group I or II for an unlimited period
for burial and inheritance;
at the expense of voluntary pension contributions - upon reaching the age of fifty, as well as the establishment of disability.
