In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2014 No. 7-1/559 "on approval of normative legal acts in the field of Veterinary Medicine" and Article 31 and Paragraph 8 of Article 37 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Kordai district decides:

3.the composition of the commission should be submitted for approval by the session of the district maslikhat in accordance with the established procedure.
