About the action plan for the implementation of the proposals announced during the meetings of the akim of the district with the residents of the district
In accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 826 dated March 3, 2022 "On holding meetings of akims with the population" in order to implement the proposals voiced during the meetings of Akim of Kordai district of Zhambyl region with residents district, akimat of Kordai district
DECIDED:
To approve the action plan for the implementation of the attached proposals announced during the meetings of the akim of the district with the residents of the district (hereinafter - the action plan).
Heads of departments of the akimat of the district, akims of rural districts and heads of authorized bodies (by agreement) should provide information on the implementation of measures to the office of the akim of the district quarterly by the 1st day of the month following the quarter.
The office of the akim of the district should post information on the progress of the problematic issues raised by the population at meetings with the akim of the district on the official website of the akim of the district quarterly until the 10th day of the month following the quarter.
Control over the execution of this resolution should be entrusted to the head of the district akim's office, E.Nuraliev.
