The Kordai District Public Council carries out its activities and powers on the basis of the model Rules of the Public Council approved by Resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1194 of December 31, 2015 and the Law on Public Councils of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the current goal, in accordance with the plan, the results of the study of the work of rendering services in the branch of the Zhambyl region of the NAO GC "Government for Citizens" were reviewed, a report on the work done by departments was heard, recommendations were made to improve the quality of public services, professional development of specialists, increase the literacy of the population on self-service through the media and the Internet. Also, in order to reduce the queues of service recipients, instructions were given to carry out appropriate measures together with local executive bodies in the direction of transferring all public services to an electronic format and intensifying work on the proper conduct of work and creating comfortable conditions for people with disabilities (tactile roads, securing a specialist).
Reports were heard on the work done in the district by the Department of Internal Policy and the Department of Language Development on the development of harmonious social relations, assistance in popularizing the Kazakh language, history, traditions of the Kazakh people and humanitarian and moral principles among all ethnic groups living in the country. Among other things, issues related to the formation of internal state policy in the region and its implementation for the purpose of socio-political stability, further strengthening of statehood, unity of the people, ensuring public consent for the stable development of the region, clarification and propaganda of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan, programs of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensuring organizational and ideological measures for the implementation of the main activities of the akim of the district, the implementation of state information policy at the district level, formation of communication with public organizations, religious associations, political parties, organization and activation of work with youth.
Monitoring of outdoor visual information was organized by the Department of Language and Culture Development of the Akimat of the district, and recommendations were made to ensure compliance with the requirements specified in Article 21 of the Law "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and to ensure the presentation of forms, signs, advertisements, advertisements, price lists, price tags, other visual information in the state and official languages, to conduct effective work on the implementation of increasing the proportion of the population who have mastered the state language and increasing the demand, prestige of the state language, also, an increase in the number of measures to expand the use of the boundaries of the state language.

The Department of Entrepreneurship, Industry and Tourism of the Akimat of Kordai district was instructed to carry out systematic work to stabilize prices, activate social shelves introduced into practice, update goods on them, in order to stabilize prices for basic goods and services, together with the akims of rural districts, to conclude memoranda on preventing unjustified growth in socially significant products, non-food products and paid services, as well as reducing the price and increasing the types of goods by holding fairs with commodity producers, wholesale suppliers, heads of trading houses, shops on the territory of the district.

The report of the chief physician of the central hospital and polyclinic on the provision of services was heard, as a result, recommendations were made to improve and improve the quality of public services to the population, to activate the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among the population through the media and the Internet, to conduct explanatory work on an appointment with a general practitioner, to address the shortage of personnel. A decision was made and recommendations were given on identifying the work of employees providing special social services, creating a comfortable environment for people with disabilities (tactile roads, ramps in accordance with the norms, securing a specialist). The recommendation to revise the menu was sent to the regional health department.
During the meetings of the Council, the issues of preparation for the winter of education and other institutions were considered. The District Department of Education was recommended to take measures, in particular, it was instructed to bring into line the timing of the use of funds for extinguishing fires in the buildings of schools in the district, to solve the issue of gasification of boiler houses of schools, installation of drains on the roofs of schools, submission of a budget application to the regional health department for major repairs in schools of the district and the construction of additional toilets.
Also, the head of the housing and communal services enterprise of the akimat of the Kordai district was given recommendations on providing solid fuel for the heating system of district educational institutions, instructing working heat supply systems, providing appropriate documents and fire-fighting equipment, considering possibilities for providing the gas heating system.
The head of the district emergency department is recommended to study the issue of preparing state institutions for fire safety.
