A new Concept of the development of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2025-2027 has been approved

By the decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dmitriy Malakhov the Concept of the development of the Academy of Justice for 2025-2027 was approved.

The document defines the perspective areas of activity of the Academy of Justice, covering key aspects of improving judicial education, as well as strengthening its scientific, human and organizational potential.

One of the central factors for the development of this Concept was the transfer of the Academy of Justice to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Judicial Council. This step served as the basis for developing a strategic vision for the future of the Academy of Justice, ensuring its activities meet the current challenges and needs of the judicial system.

It is important to note that the Concept is new and fully conforms with the instructions of the Head of State, announced at the IX Congress of Judges on October 14, 2024.

"The Supreme Judicial Council is taking all necessary measures aimed at improving approaches to the training of judicial personnel. The adopted Concept will serve as the basis for the formation of plans and measures aimed at improving the educational, scientific, personnel and organizational activities of the Academy.

One of the significant steps in the short term is the introduction of scientific and pedagogical master's and doctoral degrees, which will open up new prospects for further development of judicial qualifications. We are confident that the implementation of the Concept will bring judicial education to a new level by preparing highly qualified personnel for the judicial system," D. Malakhov noted.

A plan for the implementation of the Concept is currently being developed.
