How do I prepare for the qualifying exam?

The qualification examination for the position of a judge is an essential element of the judicial personnel selection system in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Supreme Judicial Council is constantly working on improving the qualification examination system. Thus, the issue of increasing the frequency of holding examinations is currently under consideration. In order to ensure uniformity, objectivity and transparency of the evaluation procedure for judicial candidates, the Council has developed appropriate methodological recommendations for passing the qualification exam.

These recommendations contribute to improving the quality of judicial selection and strengthening public confidence in the judicial system.

The video below contains recommendations for passing all stages of the qualification exam. The developed recommendations will become a guideline for candidates, allowing them to prepare thoroughly and profoundly for the qualification exam.

Following these recommendations, candidates will be able to successfully complete all stages of the exam and to increase their competitiveness during selection. It should be noted that the Council accepts documents for passing the qualification exam on an ongoing basis.
