By the initiative of the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, a working meeting on the issues of the Academy of Justice was held

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Council D. Malakhov, the member of the Council E. Begaliev, the Vice Rector of the Academy of Justice K. Musin, the Acting Chief of Office of the Council L. Kurmantayeva, the representatives of staff of the Council and the Academy of Justice.

The Council member Yernar Begaliyev presented a draft Concept for the development of the Academy of Justice and the plan it its implementation, developed jointly with the Academy of Justice. "The document was developed in realization of instruction of the Head of State, announced at the IX Congress of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to develop new approaches in the training of judicial personnel. The draft Concept is a new strategic document defining the goals, objectives and main directions of development of the Academy of Justice," Ye.Begaliev noted.

Dmitriy Malakhov, the Chairman of the Council, outlined that the development and adoption of a strategic document on further development of the Academy of Justice is a timely and necessary step for improving the judicial education system, since the professionalism of the judicial corps depends on the quality of training candidates for judges.
