By the initiative of the Supreme Judicial Council a meeting with the notary community has been held

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Council Dmitriy Malakhov, the members of the Council, the Chairman of the Republican Notary Chamber Assel Zhanabilova, as well as the chairmen of 20 regional notary chambers.

In his welcoming speech the Chairman of the Council noted that the profession of notaries is one of the most prestigious professions in the legal environment. 

"Notaries are highly professional lawyers who have in-depth knowledge of legislation, experience of working with legal documents and complicated legal situations. 

Their training and level of responsibility make them a key figures in ensuring the rule of law. The professionalism of notaries, their attention to details and impeccable reputation can become a solid foundation for a successful career in the judicial system," D. Malakhov noted. 

The members of the Council Nuriya Sissenova and Yernar Begaliev informed explicitly about the main activities of the Supreme Judicial Council, as well as explained the procedure for entering the judicial profession, including the requirements for candidates and the selection stages.

The participants of the meeting obtained comprehensive answers to all their questions regarding passing the qualification exam and selection for judicial positions.

Such initiatives open up new horizons for interaction between various fields of legal activity, emphasizing the importance of joining efforts to enforce both the rule of law and legal order.
