As part of the qualification exam for the position of judge a computer test on knowledge of the legislation was held

In the period from January 13 to January 16 this year, as part of the qualification exam for the position of judge, a computer test on knowledge of the legislation was conducted. Among 170 candidates, participated in the test, 48 are passed.

All 48 candidates were admitted to the next stages of the qualification exam: writing an essay, solving case studies and passing psychological testing. It should be noted that the Council is currently working on improving the system of conducting the qualification exam.

So, this year it is planned to change the frequency of computer testing - 6 times a year instead of the usual 3-4 times. This decision is aimed at increasing access to qualifying exams and reaching a wider and more competitive audience, which, in turn, will help to expand the reserve pool of future judges.

This novelty will not affect the established strict rules of the exam, and will ensure the high standards for all its stages. It is necessary to remind that the Council accepts documents for passing the qualification exam on an ongoing basis.
