The Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dmitriy Malakhov has held a personal reception of citizens

On the reception the citizens asked questions about participation in the competition for the positions of judges in the courts of cassation and about the procedure of competitive selection.

Dmitriy Malakhov pointed out that according to the instruction of the Head of the State three new cassation courts will start their activity in Kazakhstan from July 1, 2025. The Chairman of the Council explained in detail the procedure for submitting documents for participation in the competition for judges in the cassation courts, and also noted that it is scheduled to start selection by the end of January this year. 

In addition, the Chairman provided explanations on the stages of the competitive selection of judges.

It is important to notice that regular meetings with citizens have become an important part of the work of the Supreme Judicial Council within the framework of a "Hearing State" concept.

The Chairman Dmitriy Malakhov holds a personal reception of citizens on a daily basis by appointment.
