Working meeting of the Chairman of the Council with the Head of the Judicial Administration and the representative of the Supreme Court on the formation of the staff of the cassation courts

Starting from July 1, 2025 for the first time in the country's legal field 3 new cassation courts will start their activity.

According to the instruction of the Head of the State the staff of the cassation courts should be formed of the most experienced judges.

By the initiative of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Chairman of the Council Dmitriy Malakhov held a working meeting with Nail Akhmetzakirov, the Head of the Judicial Administration, and Kuanysh Zhapakov, the representative of the Supreme Court in order to develop a unified approach on this issue.

During the meeting the participants have exchanged by the constructive views on the organization of a competition for judges of the newly created cassation courts.
