The Senate of the Parliament has submitted a proposal by the Head of State on the dismissal of Yeralieva Botagoz Rahimovna and Nuryshev Kambar Zhumabaevich from the post of judge of the Supreme Court in connection with retirement

The Senate of the Parliament has submitted a proposal by the Head of State on the dismissal of Yeralieva Botagoz Rahimovna and Nuryshev Kambar Zhumabaevich from the post of judge of the Supreme Court in connection with retirement. 

Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dmitry Malakhov, speaking at a meeting of the Senate of the Parliament, noted that Botagoz Rakhimovna and Kambar Zhumabaevich enjoy well-deserved authority in the judicial community. They have extensive judicial experience (28 and 37 years, respectively).    In connection with reaching retirement age, they applied to the Supreme Judicial Council with an application for dismissal from their posts in the form of resignation.

Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament, on the proposal of the Head of State, dismissed judges of the Supreme Court Botagoz Yeralieva and Kambar Nuryshev from their posts in connection with their honorable retirement.
