Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dmitriy Malakhov held a personal reception of citizens

At the reception, citizens raised issues of disciplinary responsibility of judges, disagreement with judicial acts of local courts, actions of judges, as well as control over judicial proceedings.

During the reception, Dmitriy Malakhov gave detailed explanations regarding the procedure for appealing judicial acts that have entered into force, initiating disciplinary proceedings against judges, and stressed the principle of non-interference of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the activities of courts and judges during administration of justice.

It should be noted that regular meetings with citizens have become an important part of the Supreme Judicial Council work within the framework of a "Hearing State" concept. Chairman Dmitriy Malakhov holds a personal reception of citizens on a daily basis by appointment.
