Memorandum of Understanding signed with the International Association of Court Administration

On April 22 of this year in the city of Nur-Sultan, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Association of Court Administration (IACA). From the Kazakhstan side, the document was signed by the Chairman of the High Judicial Council of Kazakhstan Talgat Donakov, and by the IACA`s side, by the President of the International Association of Court Administration Mr. Mark Beer.

The document provides the bilateral cooperation of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and IACA in the implementation of programs aimed at the organizing joint training seminars, as well as measures to improve the judicial system and the system of judicial selection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
