The Council is currently working on improving the procedure for passing the qualification exam, particularly, the frequency of exams holding has been increased.

Since January of this year, the first three stages of the exam such as computer testing, writing an essay and solving case problems are held on a monthly basis. The final stage of the exam - the interview with members of the Qualification Commission is held on a weekly basis. In this regard, a candidate can now complete all stages of the qualification exam within an average of three to four months without compromising its quality.

Since January of this year, 17 meetings of the Qualification commission have been held to summarize the results of the qualification exams, while only 6 meetings were held in the same period last year.

At the same time, the requirements for candidates were revised, additional checks were introduced, and all test questions were updated and expanded. It should be reminded that the Council accepts documents for passing the qualification exam on an ongoing basis.

For submission of documents it is necessary to send the prescribed package of documents to the Supreme Judicial Council.

Also on the official Internet resource and in social networks of the Council are posted all necessary methodological recommendations in order to prepare for the qualification exam.
