REGULATIONS
of the Judicial Jury
These Regulations of the Judicial Jury (hereinafter, the "Regulations") are developed based on the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter, the Constitutional Law), the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter, the Law), the Provision on the Judicial Jury approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and they determine the organization of the Judicial Jury, consideration of issues within the competence of the Judicial Jury, conduction of meetings, as well as decision-making and record-keeping processes.
