In accordance with subparagraph 10-4) of paragraph 1 of Article 16 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 3 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", paragraph 7 of Article 63 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", the East Kazakhstan Regional Akimat DECIDES:
