Notification of the need for flood control measures

* Cleaning of residential areas from snow;

* Removal of snow to the places of snow removal;

* Cleaning of nearby springs, ditches from garbage and ice;

* Cleaning of bridges passing through the residential area or adjacent to the territory of the plot;

* Create drainage ditches in your backyard;

* Preparation of hand-held materials (bags, soil, sand, clay) for the execution of piles on the territory of the House;

* Transfer of valuables, food supplies from a land storage facility or to a non-flooded area.

Rules of conduct in case of flooding and flooding:

* Turn off the gas and electric system;

• In case of flooding (when the water level rises slowly), take measures to save property and material values: move especially valuable items to the upper floor or under the roof, remove animals;

* Warn neighbors, help children, the elderly and disabled to leave a dangerous place.  Take a place on the upper floors, under the roof, on the roof of the building. Listen to the messages of the Civil Defense headquarters and act strictly according to the instructions;

• Get ready to copy! Take a safe place without delay, given the direction in which the flood may advance;

* Take documents, money, valuables, warm clothes, shoes, food and water, personal hygiene items, medical supplies with you for several days;

* Take off warm clothes and shoes in case of falling into the water, try to find objects that are nearby or on the water, and use them until help arrives;

* Try not to drive on a flooded road, you may get a leak.
