On approval of the tourist tax rate for foreigners in the Zaisan district for 2024

In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 “On approval of the Rules for payment of the tourist contribution for foreigners” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 33110), Zaisan District Maslikhat DECIDED:

1. Approve the rate of tourist contribution for foreigners in places of tourist accommodation, with the exception of hostels, guest houses, rental housing in the Zaisan region - 0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
