In accordance with subsection 1), clauses 3-1 and 6 of Article 101, Clause 1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Election Commission of the Zaysan District of the East Kazakhstan Region DECIDES :
- Elections to replace the absent deputies in Districts No. 5, No. 8 of the Zaisan District Council should be scheduled for March 31, 2024.
- The attached Calendar plan of the main activities for the development and holding of elections to replace the deputies of Zaisan district maslikhat in districts No. 5, No. 8 should be approved.
- This resolution should be published in the district newspaper "Dostyk" and on the Internet resource of the Zaisan district election commission.
